We will speak directly with your hiring managers to ensure that we understand the details of the positions you are trying to fill and will go over important questions that will help us determine the direction we need to go in order to find your perfect candidate! We will source and then present all qualified candidates to you in an organized and timely manner and will follow up with your HR Department or Hiring Managers regarding candidates. We will be the main point of contact for phone interviews, face to face interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
